How we hire

We run a small, AI-native team that serves 100+ clients. Our internal operating system (Claude Code skills, MCP servers, scheduled agents, automated pipelines) lets us punch way above our weight. What we can't automate is the judgment, communication, and QA layer in the middle.

That's what we're hiring for: trusted human owners in the loop. People who write client-grade emails, catch when AI is wrong, and ship without hand-holding.

AI-Native Account Manager: Web Ops & QA

Remote (US, Eastern Time overlap)Full-time, W-2

Own a portfolio of 8 to 12 client accounts end-to-end. Part account manager, part AI operator, part web technician. You'll write the client emails, QA AI-generated deliverables, and execute web edits across WordPress and Shopify without escalating every keystroke for approval.
