Mike McKearin
Fifteen years of growth marketing. Now run by agents he builds himself — and approved by humans, every time.

The founder who still builds the thing.
Mike McKearin is the founder of WE•DO Worldwide, a growth marketing agency in Pisgah Forest, North Carolina. He has spent more than fifteen years growing outdoor, healthcare, and lifestyle brands — the kind of companies that move people, in both senses.
When AI agents became capable of real work, Mike rebuilt the agency around them. More than forty custom agents now run in production across client workflows, and a half-dozen more run WE•DO's own operations every day — reporting, meeting prep, content QA, deadline watching. None of it reaches a client, a platform, or an invoice without passing a human gate.
He is not a founder who read about AI — he builds the agents himself, ships the systems behind AgentPress, and leads Agentic AI Training sessions where teams build their first working agents in a single day. What WE•DO sells is what Mike runs.
He lives and works in Pisgah Forest, minutes from the trailheads that gave the agency its outdoor-brand roots — and writes about what actually works (and what broke) in the Journal.
