The Partnership

AgentPress is a multi-tenant SaaS platform that gives real estate brokerages brand-locked marketing materials their agents can actually use. Brokerages configure their brand once, agents log in and fill out a form, and the platform produces print-ready PDFs and social-ready JPGs without anyone touching a design tool.

The AgentPress team came to us with a clear vision and a category gap. Brokerages were tired of off-brand listing flyers cobbled together in Canva by agents who weren't designers. Existing tools either lacked brand controls or were buried inside enterprise platforms costing thousands per month. AgentPress wanted a focused, design-forward product that solved one problem extremely well.

We partnered with them on the full build, from product design through launch.

What We Did Together

Product Design & UX

A SaaS product is only as good as the experience agents have on a Tuesday afternoon between showings. We designed AgentPress around that reality:

  • Form-first template editing so agents can produce a flyer in under two minutes
  • Role-based experiences for brokerage owners, admins, and individual agents
  • Brand configuration system that lets brokerages lock colors, fonts, logos, and offices once
  • Template library architecture that scales from listing flyers to open house signs to social posts

Multi-Tenant SaaS Architecture

AgentPress runs as a true multi-tenant platform. Each brokerage operates inside its own organization with isolated data, branded URLs, and per-agent seat management. We built it on a modern stack designed for speed and reliability:

  • Next.js App Router for the frontend, optimized for fast page loads and SEO
  • Supabase for authentication, PostgreSQL, and storage with row-level security across organizations
  • Stripe for per-agent subscription billing with plan-based seat limits
  • Resend for transactional email
  • Vercel for deployment with automatic preview environments

Brand-Locked Template Engine

The hardest engineering challenge was the template system. Brokerages needed control. Agents needed flexibility. The output needed to look like it came from a design studio.

We built a template engine that generates print-ready PDFs and high-resolution JPGs from a single source of truth, with brokerage brand tokens injected at render time. Every flyer, every postcard, every social graphic stays on brand without an agent ever touching the design.

AI-Assisted Marketing Copy

Listing descriptions are the most universally hated task in real estate. We integrated Claude into AgentPress to generate listing copy from a few structured inputs, with brokerage-specific tone controls. Agents review and edit. The platform handles the blank page.

Why This Build Worked

Real estate is a category where agents have all the tools and none of the time. AgentPress wins by removing decisions, not adding features. Every design and engineering choice we made served that principle.

The multi-tenant architecture means brokerages get a private, branded experience without the cost of custom software. The form-driven editor means agents don't need design skills. The template engine means everything an agent produces meets brokerage brand standards by default.

The Launch

AgentPress is live at myagent.press and onboarding brokerages now. The product roadmap includes MLS integration, expanded template categories, automated postcard fulfillment, and deeper analytics for brokerage admins.

Building a SaaS from scratch in a category dominated by enterprise platforms is a focused exercise. You build the parts that matter, ship them well, and let the product itself do the marketing. That's the kind of build we like.
