The Partnership
Amásé Stays is a curated luxury vacation rental brand offering hand-selected estates in some of the most iconic destinations in North America: Aspen, Park City, Vail, Telluride, Jackson Hole, Maui, Bridgehampton. Their properties are architectural showpieces, six-bedroom mountain lodges, oceanfront villas, ski-in-ski-out estates that command thousands of dollars per night.
Their website did not match their properties.
The Amásé team came to us with a clear mandate: rebuild the site so it feels as elevated as the homes inside it. The previous experience was functional but generic, indistinguishable from a hundred other short-term rental sites. For a brand whose value prop is curation and exclusivity, that gap mattered.
What We Did Together
Brand-Aligned Design
Luxury hospitality lives or dies on first impressions. We rebuilt the visual experience around editorial photography, generous whitespace, and typography that signals refinement without shouting:
- Hero treatments that let the property photography breathe instead of layering it under marketing copy
- Refined type system balancing serif headlines with clean sans-serif body for an editorial feel
- Disciplined color palette drawn from the brand's existing identity, applied consistently across the site
- Micro-animations that add subtle motion without distracting from the imagery
Custom WordPress Development
Behind the design, the site needed to perform as a real booking platform. We rebuilt it on WordPress with a custom theme tailored to luxury rental presentation:
- Property templates that showcase each estate with full-bleed galleries, detailed amenities, and clear calls to inquire
- Destination pages organizing the portfolio by region (Aspen, Maui, Park City, Jackson Hole, and more)
- Inquiry workflow designed to capture qualified leads and route them to the concierge team
- WP Engine hosting with performance tuning and a CDN configured for global guest traffic
- Content architecture flexible enough for the team to add new properties and destinations as the portfolio grows
Direct Booking Focus
A core business goal for Amásé is reducing dependence on OTA platforms by driving direct inquiries. The site architecture supports that objective:
- Property pages that present the full guest experience, not just a room count and price
- Trust signals highlighting the curation process, concierge service, and white-glove standards
- Clear inquiry paths from every property page to the concierge team
- Editorial content capability for stories, destination guides, and travel inspiration that builds direct audience over time
Why This Project Mattered
In the luxury rental space, the website is the product as much as the property. A guest paying ten thousand dollars for a week in an Aspen estate expects every touchpoint to feel intentional, the photography, the language, the booking experience, the speed of the response. A generic site quietly tells that guest the brand is not what it claims.
Our rebuild closed that gap. The new amasestays.com looks and feels like a luxury hospitality brand, not a real estate listing service. That alignment matters before a single ad dollar gets spent: organic traffic converts better, paid traffic finds a landing experience worth the cost per click, and the concierge team starts every conversation from a position of credibility.
The Work Continues
The website rebuild is the foundation. Now the focus shifts to growth marketing: SEO for high-intent destination searches, paid media targeting affluent travelers, and content that establishes Amásé as a voice in luxury hospitality, not just another rental option. The site we built is ready for that next chapter.
